The Founder
Meet Keith F. Grayson, the driving force behind Grayson Commercial LLC. With a background deeply rooted in the homebuilding industry, Keith’s journey began alongside his father at Grayson Homes, Inc. Here, he honed his expertise in land/site selection, project supervision, and construction management. With his help, Grayson Homes, Inc. flourished into a regional powerhouse before retiring in 2011.
Keith pursued his Real Estate degree at Morehouse College, delving into land development, financing, and commercial real estate management. En route to graduating in 1990, he joined Alex Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors (ABKB), later La Salle Advisors. He served as an Asset Manager and Senior Real Estate Analyst, navigating acquisitions and managing investments for domestic pension funds. He gained expertise in such real estate niches as multi-family, office, retail, and hospitality. He also revamped lease analysis templates, ensuring user-friendly adaptability across diverse lease types. This and numerous other pivotal experiences solidified Keith’s prowess and expertise in commercial real estate, shaping his trajectory toward excellence at Grayson Commercial LLC. Through Grayson Commercial, LLC, Keith specializes in land development for residential and commercial purposes. With expertise in construction management, he oversees small to mid-size projects in office, retail, and multifamily sectors for third-party and personal accounts. Keith has had a diverse list of prestigious clients including the Prince George’s County Housing Authority, Manekin, LLC, and Ryan Homes. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate Development at Johns Hopkins University, Keith brings hands-on experience and academic rigor to every endeavor.
